Rosina Alcorace
Rosina is an enthusiastic, innovative, and dedicated behaviour support clinician. She has a Masters of Primary School Teaching (2010) and a Bachelor of Psychology (2008) from Western Sydney University. Rosina has 13 years of teaching experience working with a range of children in mainstream classrooms and their families. She promotes inclusive practices for children with Autism, requiring behaviour support, English as a second language and children with a disability. Rosina strives to provide opportunities for all people to take part and contribute in the community. She understands the importance of promoting positive well-being and helping her clients achieve their goals. Rosina adopts targeted strategies and provides intervention and behaviour support services to individuals of all ages with various needs.

Christina Florakis
Christina is a registered psychologist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. Christina has over 15 years’ experience working in the disability sector, initially providing hands on support which gave her the insight into the daily challenges faced by people with a disability but also gave her the opportunity to implement strategies that helped increase the quality of life for the person. Christina worked within the clinical team predominately with clients who presented with behaviours of concern and/or mental health issues. She has experience in providing training on positive behaviour support and various disorders. In addition, Christina has worked in the educational system for over four years supporting students, their families and schools. She is skilled in psychological assessment as well as individual therapy. Christina has experience in working with various presenting issues and uses evidence based psychological support to assist her clients. Christina’s nature is vibrant, warm and compassionate.

Arshia Razavizadeh
Arshia is a registered psychologist and Specialist Behaviour Support Clinician with over 17 years of experience in the disability sector and 14 years as a psychologist. As the CEO of Here4Change Psychology, he is committed to providing individualised, evidence-based support to clients, families, and stakeholders. He specialises in supporting individuals with: ✔ Depression & Anxiety ✔ Autism & ADHD ✔ Schizophrenia ✔ Intellectual Disability ✔ Substance Misuse ✔ Employment-related Difficulties ✔ Bullying & Stress ✔ Emotional Regulation Challenges Arshia utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to help clients improve their wellbeing. His experience spans immigration detention, employment psychology, family and community services, and youth justice settings. Before becoming a psychologist, he worked in disability support, residential care, and community welfare services, shaping his compassionate and practical approach to therapy.
